Thank you Fawad khan ,the best and most honest guy .I bought a tcl mobile with a great value , I am highly satisfied with the phone and value , also a great spot for repairing phones etc . The second time I went to repair my phone and the same guy fixed it in 10 minutes, that’s was great , I think this is the only repair shop in the area as other phone shops would bring the costumers phone to them for repair.

Today I popped by this store as I needed to phase out and replace my old smartphone, one with a swollen battery. Mr Fawad Khan was courteous and professional, and demonstrated superior customer and technical service. Any other issues I may have with my phone will find me going back to the Repair Genie. Outstanding store! Thank you, sir!

My laptop’s charger port was loose and the owner quoted me $70 for the repair. When I returned he asked me for $100. Absolutely not, I said! After a bit of back and forth I got us back to the original price (which is still pretty high for minor work).
The bait and switch was so unnecessary. You may have gotten me as a customer today but I’m leaving annoyed and unhappy. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone and they’ve lost my repeat business.
It wasn’t worth my energy to get angry at the owner on the spot, but buyer beware — make sure you put your foot down on quoted prices, and/or keep negotiating until you’re satisfied.

I had great experience over here when it comes to my tablet repairing. Technician Fauhad Khan was very skilled and he solved my problem within an hour. Very humble and genuine person.

I was impressed by both the wide selection of phones and the knowledgeable staff. The store had a great variety of devices, from budget-friendly options to high-end devices, so there was something for every need. The staff were attentive, offering helpful advice without being pushy, and they answered all of my questions about specs and pricing. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Repair Genie! I went in with a cracked screen and some hesitation, but Khan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest from the start. He explained the repair process clearly and gave me a very fair price compared to other places I had checked.
Not only did he fix my phone quickly, but he also made sure to test everything in front of me to ensure it was working perfectly. You can tell Khan truly cares about customer satisfaction and goes the extra mile to make things right. I also noticed a solid selection of phones and accessories in the store for sale—great if you’re looking to upgrade.
